Knowledge with compassion

We’ve been on this road before and we know the way forward.

We understand that separation is not easy, even if it is amicable and the parties have an ‘agreed plan’ on how to move forward. We know that plans can change as parties try to navigate through their emotions whilst having to make decisions about things like where they and/or the children will live, how the children will transition between their parents/carers after separation and how they will support themselves and/or the children financially.

It is normal to feel anxious or stressed when contemplating separating, or if separation has already happened. We understand that emotions are running high and that you may feel uncertain about what to do and what happens next. We understand that uncertainties about how to best facilitate the children’s relationships with their parents/carers or future living arrangements can be emotionally draining and confronting. We also know that urgent financial decisions can arise which may be daunting.

We will walk you through the stages of your matter and support you through your journey.
