Sue Westall

Sue is the Director of RedHill Legal, and has over 25 years’ experience in Family Law.

Sue specialises in children’s matters, as well as property settlements, child support and mediations.  Her clients appreciate her real passion, empathy and practical common sense advice in in helping them solve parenting and other family law problems.

Sue frequently appears in the Federal Circuit and Family Courts on complex family proceedings where she has a record of achieving great outcomes for her clients. She has also been an accredited Duty Lawyer in the Brisbane and Toowoomba Magistrates Courts for many years.

She is a long-standing committee member of the Toowoomba Childrens Contact Centre as well as a member of the Family Law Practitioners Association of Queensland. She is also trained in Collaborative Law and has a Diploma of Mediation and has been registered as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner.

When she’s not at the office, Sue spends her time trying to keep up with her teenage daughters and two dogs, and confesses to being a cricket tragic.
